Rob Mlenek Named BerganKDV Chief Financial Officer

ROB Mlenek Named BerganKDV Chief Financial Officer Rob Mlenek was selected by the BerganKDV leadership team to serve as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He began his duties on June 13 and is located at the firm’s Bloomington, Minnesota office.
Mlenek is a key member of the leadership team, reporting to President Earl Edeburn and he assumed a strategic role in the overall management of the firm. As CFO, Mlenek operates in four capacities: steward to protect and preserve the assets of the firm; operator to balance capabilities, talent, costs and service levels to fulfill the finance organization responsibilities; strategist to provide leadership with respect to aligning financial and business strategies of the firm; and catalyst to stimulate behaviors across the firm to achieve strategic and financial objectives.

Mlenek is active with the Institute of Management Accountants and is a Certified Management Accountant. Rob received his bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Cloud State University and his MBA from St. Thomas University.
