What you will do:
- Provide custom design solutions based on values and requirements
- Create a bill of materials and other necessary documentation, including project-specific drawings
- Collaborate with sales, production, and customers regarding designs and technical details
- Oversee the engineering aspect of projects, including scheduling and communications
- Utilize AutoCAD and other software databases to help with technical presentations
- Review projects to ensure all specifications are met
- Participate in field commissioning
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology, or other related technical field or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Basic understanding of structural design
- Previous experience with electrical design is strongly preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable traveling up to 15% of the time
