Work model:

  • On-Site
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Monday – Friday

What you will do:

  • Answer customer inquiries by telephone and email regarding product details, pricing, order status, shipping
  • Prepare and process orders utilizing SAP
  • Coordinate communications between customers and operations
  • Run and/or process department reports
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

What you will need to be successful:

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience will be considered
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer support and build relationships with returning customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be adaptable and highly motivated
